Not so clear. My scenario:
BBC: Very large explosion observed in some nuke factories in Iran.
-Iran says: nuke bombs by US ! We protest ! This is nuke attack!
-USA: No! they were our special bunker broker huge bombs to destroy
Your nuke facilities
-Iran: But Pu-239, Strontium and radioacticity shows You nuked Us
-USA: says who? Whos nukes really exploded there...a-hah- You had
nukes. We
were right..
-Iran: But but..

Russia and China and arabs protest very strongly but nothing very
explosive happens outside or inside US..
Patriotism rises in US, republicans..(Yours turn to prognose..).
