Why did you get involved in the discussion in the first place?

The usenet is an open and public place for discussions. Unless you note
that a discussion is closed, then there is no reason to get snippety
when a poster joins in. Closed discussions are usually for a stated
purpose anyway, such as a debate that was pre-arranged with the general
consent of the group.


I won't
do you the privilege of deciding when to stop the debate between me and
you. I am deciding to end it now, because I feel I made enough efforts
to share a learning experience with you, but obviously you didn't get
it....maybe in another debate, that threatens less your sens of
identity.


So you are failing him because he doesn't accept your teaching?
