As a Loki thought experiment, if we are all direct descendants of Mr,

Then Adam and Eve had betwen them (at most) 4 "Original Alleles" for
any human gene.
Of course, creationism do not (usually) deny the occurence of mutation
leading to new alleles, although they call mutations "corruption" and
deny they can be beneficial or could lead to "new features", whatever
those are.
So if only 4 alleles of any single genes existed a mere 6000 years ago,
creationist science should try to pinpoint which are the 4 "Holy
Original Alleles", and which ones are newcomers, corrupted since The
Fall.
For example if theres no know biblical or historical examples of blonde
hebrews, we could infer that blonde or redheat alleles were not in the
4 initial alleles gene pool. Who want to bet what blood type were Adam
and Eve ?
Of course, since there is currently much more than 4 alleles for any
single gene, the implied Creationist mutation rate for humakind must
have been tremendous, would be much, much greater than the one actually
observed in nowaday humans, which would make creationists great
believers in Evolution via mutations, although I expect they explain
away all those allelles by "corruption" or "degeneration".
Take the Pigmy and the Masai; even before analyzing their genome to the
gene level, we can observe by their phenotype that they have numerous
genetic differences (=different alleles) between them, and between the
hypotetic proto-human genes of Adam, or Noah. And that the genes that
makes the Masai tall and the Pigmy small must have occured in the short
interval since The Flood.
That's an exciting field of creationist research ! Trying to puzzle
back the genetic make-up of Adam and Eve, and find out the litterally
thousands of gene alleles that have appeared into humanity in such a
short lapse of time!
And not only in humans, but in every "kind" of animal ! For example,
if Noah has brung a couple of sparrows in The Ark, the that mating pair
evolved (devolved) in 140 species of sparrows in a mere 5000 (?) years
!!! Same thing with bats, antilopes, snakes, ...pandas. Uhhh.... did
Noah's Ark carried one of each "Kind" or one of each Species ? At any
case, the gene pool of each species must have been extremely shallow
just after The Flood, and using current genetic techniques, it must be
possible to track back which ones must be the 4 (or less) original
alleles for each Species/Kind.
By that logic, fish and aquatic lifeforms, and bacteria should be
expected to show much more genetic diversity, having a whole 1000 years
headstart to "devolve", (they were not affected by The Flood).
Since we already have been able to track the Mitochondrial Eve 150,000
years back in the mists of time (before Creation, even), it should be
child play to reverse-track genetic drift a mere 6000 years to know
what stuff Adam and Eve were made of. We would call those 4 Original
Alleles (for each gene) the Holy Genes, passed on (or not) from
generation to generation since God Himself created them. He presumably
created the 1000 billions strands of DNA in situ, since Adam and Eve
were created in adult form, and the human body contains roughly 1000
billions cells, according to my sources (Wikipedia).
Even for Intelligent Designists, those who believe in Special Creation,
with new species popping out With Their Features Complete, as preached
in "Of Pandas and People" should track down the "beak gene" and the
"wing gene", that make a bird a bird, and try to reconstruct the
Original beak gene fron the Corrupted beak gene alleles. Once again,
what did the first mating pair of birds did look like, the one that
wasn't born from an egg but was created by The Designer(s) ? Was it a
flightless bird, (nah, those looks like devolved) ? Was it the
ancestor of the Archeopteryx, or was it something completely different
? Do you expect to find fossils of the early generations of the First
Birds, or does the fossil record has gaps for ID-created birds too ??
So much Discoveries to me made, so little science ! You should
reappropriate science budgets in Evolution-related fields, and have
them affected to ID-Evolution research !

You don't have 4 alleles with Adam and Eve. Eve was made from the rib
of Adam and so is a clone with either a duplicate or missing X
chromosome. That means you only have 2 alleles available for any given
gene and only one for any gene on the X or Y chromosomes.
