A lot faster perhaps, but it is more difficult to post a short message
with a really clever bit than it is to post a very long serious and
technical message in your area of specialization.

Ah, but harder still is it to write a long and serious message in an
area outside of your specialization.

Or in other words, I have *no* idea why I hang out at T.O, I do
materials science, for Gods sake!
