Very wrong. The numerator and denominator of a fraction can be any
size, provided the denominator is not zero. In grade school, we were
taught that numerators were smaller than denominators in "proper"
fractions, but I have learned from experience that such teaching is
hogwash. "22/7" is much easier to deal with when doing actual
calculations than the equivalent "3 and 1/7" that Mrs. Northon
insisted was the correct answer.

And yes, 7 does divide 22. It does not do so evenly, but numbers are
sometimes like that. And it does not matter that 7 is prime; 21/7
would divide evenly, and 7 is just as prime there.
