There are many human cultures extant on Earth wherein I do not find the
females sexually attractive - nor do I know the elaborate courtship
routines that have developed in isolation. It is technically possible,
but unlikely that I could produce an offspring from a union with these
"alien" women as likewise I am not attractive to them. Given a few
hundred thousands years, then it probably would not even be technically
possible.

Nonsense. Why do humans have such diverse physical characteristics?

Yes we are all related - isn't that lovely! But scientists do not
claim that there were two women ancestors. You may be thinking about
mitchondrial Eve - the hypothetical root of our species as tracked on
the maternal side by studying DNA. Do you think scientists actually
give a tinker's cuss about Noah's 3 wives?
