Wrong. A number of ways in which it could be falsified have
been posted repeatedly; one of the more blatant would be for
a cat to give birth to a dog, as some fundamentalists insist
in their smug ignorance is *required* by the theory.

The fact that it hasn't been falsified doesn't mean it can't
be.

Incorrect premise. Increasing complexity (in the sense in
which you appear to mean it) is not universal (check up on
"tapeworm" for evidence), and the ToE predicts neither
increasing nor decreasing complexity; it predicts average
increasing levels of adaptation, *as a group*, to the
current environment of that group.
