Actually, ISTR some evidence that it can be (and is) violated at the
quantum level.

Thermal energy from the Sun is converted into kinetic energy on Earth
in the form of wind and ocean currents (along with the thermal energy
from the Earth's core, kinetic energy from the Earth's rotation, and
kinetic energy from tidal forces exerted by the moon and Sun).
Sandcastles with little battlements and buttresses and flags may not
arise spontaneously, but sand dunes certainly do. The entirely
spontaneous actions of wind and water will eventually carve out any
number of forms, including arches, bridges, spires, etc.

But what about sand dunes? Aren't they formed spontaneously?

"Sand castles cannot form spontaneously, therefore Evolution is a pack
of lies."

Uh huh.
