well, what the inspectors said was they needed more time to finish the
job of inspections. blix said so in his march 2003 report.

i think if clinton had been president, given the fact congress
impeached him for getting a blow job in the oval office, they would
have impeached him for this. bush has been given carte blanche for
anything because he's got a republican congress.
