Celery is another thing I'd prefer to have no contact with my food --
it's not enough to pick it out of the tuna salad, for example.
Cilantro I dislike the taste of, yet enjoy eating in some guacamoles
or salsas.
I'm right there with you as far as eggplant and celery go, although I think
celery, like 'shrooms, is more of a texture than a taste thing for me. I do
like cilantro though.
