Oh. There's also the fall semester, starting right up. I have
a stack of "homework" in my office for the two chem labs I'm
doing, and I really should start thinking about the bio lab and
the genetics & evolution lab. But vacations are critical, so
I'll wait until tomorrow or the next day.
That's my report.
What've y'all been cooking?
Yesterday, I _was_ cooking roast veggies, a ginger/pear crisp, and
setting up some pizza dough to proof.
However, I got a somewhat panicked call from my friend R., who is
moving to Guelph to go back to school, for some moving help. This is
another post, and another moving story. (I have many moving
stories....) Suffice to say that no one was hurt and all the stuff was
back on another truck by 11 pm last night. Pizza was eaten by all. The
moving crew was exhausted.
This afternoon, when I get back from a career counselling session, I
will finish my cooking!
Observation #1: _Anything_ lett on a sidewalk is fair picking at the
boulevard boutique in Trawna. Stuff put out was picked over and down to
rubbish in two hours flat.
Observation #2: It's was decidedly chilly in the early evening. The
first water-starved trees are turning colour now. First indications
that fall is coming.
