Well, I don't know about all that stuff... But I do know the difference
between Senility and Dementia.
Senility is when one forgets to zip up, Dementia is when one forgets to zip

I remember (not senile yet, eh?) one guy who got so drunk at an
afternoon BBQ that he forgot to unzip himself to pee.
After which he returned to trying to pick up one of then ladies from
the caterer service, totally unaware of a huge wet spot down to his
knees
