Not me.   They've always been a selfish lot.

Although, in this group, it's the liberals who actually volunteer the
most so I shouldn't be surprised. I guess I'm thinking the churches
help a lot of people and obviously they are conservative more than
liberal.

Think about individuals, not organizations.  Liberals care about
people.   Conservatives just want to hang on to "their" money.

This business of liberals being more loyal to their partners also
surprised me. But then when I think of all the political adultry etc
it's usually (but not always) the conservatives isn't it. Hmmm.

Funny how labels change with time. It was the Republicans who were the
liberals and fought the strongest against slavery back in Lincoln's
day, and it was the Republicans who were so liberal they fought for
and won social security, one hell of a debt for the public coffers.

What a switch, huh? The rep party is in so much deep doodoo right now
and gets so little respect I don't see how it can last. The smart ones
know that but they like their jobs so they're quiet. Meanwhile,
congress sucks.
