Are you doing anything to let your government know how you feel
about this terrible equipment failure? Is you husband?
I have already let the inhabitant of 10 Downing Street know my
feelings regarding this matter, and my local Member of Parliament,
and my Member of the Scottish Parliament, likewise my Members
of the European Parliament...as has my husband. Anything else
you would like to know, while I'm paying attention to you?
He was DRAFTED into the military.
When one voluntarily enlists in the service, they will do three years
(at the mininum) of active duty followed up be a few more years of
inactive/reserve service
Thank you, Ken. That sorta puts things into perspective... ;-)

You're welcome
Stepdad was a WW2 vet and later made it to a full bird colonel in the
Army Reserves.
Real dad was a POW in Italy but died before I ever knew him

As a side note, there sure are a bunch of gumpy old men posting in
here who have nothing better to do than bitch about everyone and
everything.
Hope that's not a natural result of aging...K

Nah
They just feel sorry for themselves, and it comes out as 'crank'.
