Here is my recipe for meat loaf.
1lb of 80%-20% ground beef.
2 eggs
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 packet of onion soup mix
1 cup soy milk
1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
Mix well. Pack into a glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
Cook in the microwave on high for 18-20 minutes.
Frost with chili sauce (Heinz).
I don't use soy milk - rather dried milk and water in recipes because I
use it so seldom. Ever tried substituting regular skim for the soy milk?
Still edible?
