Did you get some bad weather yesterday? It just barely clipped us here in
SE Montague County. We really needed a good rain but missed it again,
having in some way angered the rain gods.

How cheap is your land? I paid $1250 an acre about 9 years ago. Now it's
at least 3 times that amount - still cheap compared to other areas.
