Hi everybody....

I hope you all have a wonderful labor day with all your loved ones around.

Of course as a retiree, almost every day is labor day. But holidays are
just an excuse to have some fun, and invite friends over.

We're doing a small BBQ today. Nothing like what I used to do in years
gone by, as that has become a bit too much for me anymore, but just a couple
of dear friends coming to visit, and the stepson too.

The thing I miss most is the boundless energy that I used to have when I was
young. I remember almost never being tired. Now I have to carefully pace
myself.

You people are brain dead. Worse, you have no useful function and your
existance generates a lot of greenhouse gas. I, on the other hand,
have a very good job; I was hired.at 60 years of age and am employed
by a very large American company in Paris France. I walk and commute
1/2 hour by train. 75% of my collegues are women between the ages of
30 and 40. Most are French, but many come from Spain, Germany, Italy
and the Netherlands. We can all speak English, but we only speak
French with one another. When the Italiennes and les Françaises greet
me they "font la bise" we kiss each other on the cheek twice, and the
Italiennes say "buongiorno or bounasera ....(my name in Italian or
French) Its like Sophia Loren whispering in my ear. The French
language is great, but NOTHING sounds as sexy as a woman speaking
Italian. These 30 and 40 year olds can actually talk: they have a lot
to say. They NEVER use profanity and they dress well......... lets
just say they are well groomed, no tattoos, no pierced tongues. You
Americans can stuff your faces with greasy ribs and chicken ay your
Labor Day cookouts and watch your grandchildren, stoned on Ritalin,
sit there like zombies with mouths agape.

And why would you think anyone here gives a rats ass about your
fantasy life ???- Masquer le texte des messages précédents -

I don't care WHAT you think. If you think your stinking barbeques are
somehow enviable then you are deluded. In fact you are all probably
spending Labor Day alone. No surprise
