There is a product called Tecnu which will wipe out poison ivy rashin one
day. They sell it in work supply stores. It really really works. You+++++++++++++++++
have to wash with it. It says that it only will get rid of the rash if you
wash with it very early on, but that isn't true, you can wash with it even
with a rash you got a few days before and it will start to heal up the next
day. Look it up, the stuff is amazing.

Years ago I had a bad case of poison ivy and told my neighbor I had to
go to the doctor. She said "Save your money, buy a bar of Lava soap
and wash the rash with it. I did and within 2 or 3 days the rash was
gone. I wonder if Lava soap is still sold.

Years and years ago an aunt of mine got a horrible case of poison ivy
from weeding by hand a bed of lilies of the valley that had this plant
growing there.
She had it all over her body and was in agony. An old woman in her
neighborhood went to the local dairy and bought some whey and soaked
a sheet in it and wrapped her up. It worked to bring her relief.
An old wives remedy did the trick.
