Be careful if you have diabetes, arterial insufficiency, or peripheral
arterial disease. You do not want to cause a wound that won't heal
easily. The Pumice stone will suffice, however regular application of
a heavy cream is essential. Look for a lotion that does not contain
water or aloe (water evaporates-waste of money; aloe has a drying
effect). Also, applying the cream after bathing is best because the
moisture is retained underneath the layer of cream. Do not put lotion/
cream between toes if you have diabetes. Good luck.
