That's truly a fine limerick. I first heard it in 1936. It was my
Grandfather's favorite.
We didn't have pelicans in Oklahoma. Actually, the last line was----
"And, I don't see how in hellican."

Regarding insults. Like you, I'm unsure. Sometimes it's best just to go
ahead and post a good insult just in case. That way it's never wasted ---
and there's always some guilt-ridden pogue that will accept it. Usually
someone like Miles. She should have been a Christian.
