All I do is the internet, and on a dialup connection so I dont need a
faster computer. Most of the fast computers are for games. I dont do
games. I was on someone elses computer. They have XP, and I dont
like it. I understand it needs much more memory too.

Win98 does the same thing. Now that you mention it, I recall having
something similar once. I just had to delete the incorrect hardware
icons in there. They had a yellow icon on them which meant error.
