You are invited to participate in an anonymous online survey. The
first 200 people who complete this survey will have the opportunity to
register to win a $100 Amazon.com Gift Card. The survey takes about
20
minutes. This survey is part of Kim Chase-Brennan’s doctoral research
at Northcentral University. Kim is advised by Dr. Elizabeth Parks-
Stamm. The purpose of this study is to learn more about how stressful
situations affect people and the role of spirituality in this
process. After the survey, you will be taken to a different web site
run by ePrize where you may register to win the $100 Amazon.com Gift
Card.
EPrize will randomly draw a name and mail the gift card. Your contact
information for the drawing will not be connected to your survey
responses, and the researchers will not know who completed the survey.
