Pinning a target on yourself by wearing a gun openly just lets
the mad guy know to use the element of surprise, and which
targets need to be eliminated first.....
Carrying a concealed weapon is not an invitation to be shot at
first, by a person who will surprise you since he is forewarned...
Think it through.... If you were the bad guy, and you wanted to
rob or worse, what would you do if someone had a gun on his
hip, and you had one hidden under your coat ???
