If it saves your life as it did mine the severe results is not to much to ask for.
The primary problem with the Urology group that was tracking mine was they wanted to obtain a positive biopsy. They disregarded the elevated PSA which is enough indication of the presence of cancer. By the time they got their positive biopsy and operated the cancer had already spread to my bladder. So radiation was required following the removal of the prostrate to get rid of what had spread to the bladder.
Needless to say I went elsewhere.
But here I set with the thought I might as well change my posting handle to "I P Freely" but some one else has already got that.
I reverted to the VA who is helping a lot. They indicated that my cancer was the results of my coming in contact with Agent Orange.
A horrible story in many dimensions. May I ask who delayed the biopsy and for how long? A relative of mine had a similar diagnosis, but with quick response on the part of the VA and satisfactory results.
