How is that damning?   As folks discussed last night...Supreme Court
justices are NOT machines or computers.  They are human beings and
that is what we want...otherwise they could replace the entire court
with computers to spit out answers to every question asked it.

heading, knowing they would assume it was the president's selection
who had said it, and of course being wrong as usual
