You're the one who's wrong and, even worse, you're deliberately twisting
what has been said by Obama and widely reported in the press into
something
that isn't there. Sorry if it offends you, but that makes you out to be
a
liar unless you're so damned careless with your words that you don't
even
bother to check to make sure that you've got them right.
"Obama's plan retains the private insurance system but injects
additional
money into the system to pay for expanding coverage. "

There's nothing in that sentence that would confuse anyone into thinking
that they couldn't keep the health care system that they had if it
suited
them better than anything else that was offered. The option would be
available to them and they'd be the ones who'd make the decision on
whether
or not to make changes.
Please stop bullshitting the public because your handlers in the RNC
tell
you that you ought to do it. The least you can do is to check your
facts
before you try to peddle them with the rest of your rehashed "Thelma and
Louise" snake oil.

How does this compare to the Bush Plan of "just go to the emergency room."
Since I claim no expertise in this area, I don't know. What I do know, and
only because I've heard it far too many times to even suspect that it's not
true, is that the "just go to the emergency room" form of health care is the
most expensive to the nation's resources than all of the other options that
might be available, no matter what they might be.
