Excerpts:
".....President Obama has not been vetted thanks to a complicit media
that wanted to see a black man become president
...He was not vetted,....He was not vetted because the press fell in
love with the black man running for the office.....
....'Oh, gee, wouldn't it be neat to do that? Gee, wouldn't it make
all of our liberal guilt just go away? We can continue to ride around
in our limousines and feel so lucky to live in an America with a black
president....
...OK, that's wonderful, great scenario, nice backdrop,.....But what
does he stand for? What does he believe?....."
Some reader's respsonses:
"This is not exactly a new story nor is it a surprise. The Liberal
cause has always used the threat of calling someone a racist or a
sexist, what-have-you to quell any criticism of their candidates.
According to the Liberals, former KKK grand master, now Senator Robert
Byrd could not be a racist because he is a Liberal and a Democrat but,
former Senator Trent Lott is a racist (by their definition) because he
dared praise Senator Strom Thurman.
It's all hypocracy but very effective because the MSM will always go
along with the Liberal slant no matter how cowardly or hypocritical it
is."
"The media didn't vet is the least of their crimes. They covered up,
spiked and boosted this fraud until the really stupid, mouth breathing
"moderates" bought this charlatan and voted for him.
Shame on you for not using your brain and falling for this creep.
Hope you like the change that is coming because of your moronic
decision."
"Affirmative action is alive and well in this country and the results
of it now sits in the White House. Of course it helps that Obama
thinks along the same lines as the MSM. I hardly think Alan Keyes or
JC Watts would be given the same treatment as Barry received if they
had decided to run for president."
"It's not only Zero's philosophy and principles that remain largely
unknown (tho Zero's left-wing radicalism is clear from his
appointments) -- the man himself is unknown. No one knows his past,
who he is or where he is from. I think Zero's birth certificate, just
like Kerry's military records, hold something big and that's why thy
will not be released. Maybe there is no father named. How do we know
who Zero's father really is? It may not be B.O. senior ... that whole
story involving B.O. Sr. may be all fiction.
It's just unbelievable that at a time like this, we have such a person
in as president. I can't get over it."
"I think it is high time there is some action taken on this man's
eligibility to be POTUS. The place he is taking this country is a dark
place and to move in it we need light. Scream loud folks or heaven
help us".
"..Surely you weren't trying to suggest that the press were overly
kind to PALIN, were you?
In fact, you can just leave the 'women' out of that. LIBERALS get a
pass in the press because the press are liberals themselves..oh, and
liars too, of course.
..., look at the birth certificate issue. Obamba has spent nearly a
million bucks to hide SOMETHING and the stupid press doesn't care"They
didn't vet Obama, staying clear of Rezko, Rev. Wright, Bill Ayers and
others of his ilk, Obama's iffy past and mentors, his way into top
schools via show horning in via Black politicians and the fact that he
wrote NOTHING as editor of the Law Review, nor did they even question
how Michelle could have iffy grammar in her thesis and get $300,000
for a Chicago job (once hubby was elected) that has not been refilled.
They passed on gaffes like 57 states, can't afford arugula, etc. Obama
still sells to the credulous who look at surface only, but the MSM has
lost badly---it is very hard to take anything they say or write at
face value"
"It wasn't just the media. Our entire culture (education,
entertainment, religious institutions, etc.) has been propagandizing
white guilt onto our population for at least the last five decades.
And the result of that propagandizing has culminated in the country's
preposterous election of a totally unqualified, possibly dangerous,
sort-of-black man as President.
In many ways, AG Holder's contention that we are cowards regarding
race is exactly right, but not in the way he intended. We have been
afraid to confront the obvious double standard when it comes to
addressing black culture in this country. It excuses criminality in
their young men. It excuses mistreatment of women. It excuses out of
wedlock children, and the abandonment of them. What other race or
ethnic group gets such outrageous passes? Why do we allow this to
continue.
In short, the propagandized white guilt and "affirmative inaction" in
addressing flaws in black culture and many black candidates has been
literally conditioned (as in Pavlovian conditioning) reflexes in our
entire population"
Responses following snipped for brevity.
And McCain lost because he looked like an albino and was too pastey
white. And folks were afraid to question him because he was a Nam Vet.
