There are web sites that track spam phone callers. Enter the phone number in
Google and see what you get.
Usually, the phone number is hijacked, and many posters assume the person it
belongs to is the person who
called. It's not. So keep reading, and eventually somebody will provide who
the caller really is.

The Missouri "warranty" company last I heard is under investigation for
fraud by the Missouri Attorney General.
