It's not like no one has ever called me a name you know. The looney
leftists have been after me from the get go. If anyone is "hurt" by
words, they don't belong on usenet, you included. Usenet ain't for
sissies although this group has an overabundance of them.

I remember the day I arrived. Chamblee and Hatcher slapped me silly.

I saw it all in Google Groups. Those pricks along with Tabor, Rita
and others did everything possible to make life hell for Sordo. They
do all possible to control the space here. Constantly recruiting
their likeminded pals from across the internet and then make it hell
for anyone who does not agree with them. And then someone is shocked
they get cursed out?

I suppose I could do like Tabor and change my name every month or so.

I kept pushing on asking questions like what were Obama's
accomplishments and they just don't care for that line of discussion.

There is not place here for honest discussion. That is precisely why
I don't get into any real discussion with folks any more.


I don't know who a lot of those people you mention are, but I speak the
truth as I see it and just don't get into discussions with the over the top
fringe.

From my perspective there are some on your side of the aisle who are
so far beyond the pale that they were plonked after one or two posts,
and I hardly know who they are anymore -- but a couple come to mind --
Al E Gator and almost as bad, MG. Moving somewhat, but only somewhat,
down the scale we come to Alan -- a consistently annoying jackass. Is
he still arguing that Social Security should be invested in the stock
market? Then there is Thumper who pretty much limits his dialog to
curses. On a par with him, George Z, who has me plonked, which is good
because I find him especially annoying, and getting into an argument
with him could give me a stroke. Then there is pompous Islander,
consistent in his ability to annoy. The next rung down is Gary -- a
man who hovers between populist red neck and well, populist red neck.
The last three miscreants, and the least of them, Rita, Rumpel, and
Jerry. Rita seems to gone temporarily Obama nuts. Hopefully she will
recover after Obama loses. Rumpel is Rumpel, and if Jerry ever stops
asking questions ... well I see no hope of that ever happening. I
can't say that's Jim's list, but it's mine.


None of those are in my killfile, but I admit I don't read everything on the newsgroup. I sort of cherry pick what subjects and threads and authors to follow and just mark the rest of the whole newsgroup as read and move on.

I just honestly do not have time to spend that much of my day on the computer. I do follow a couple of other newsgroups but this is an extremely active one! I would have to sit here for 8 hours a day to follow everything.

Periodically I clean out my killfile altogether, and give a listen to see if things have changed. For the most part my killfile consists of real trolls, like the iron troll and such. I don't plonk people unless they really truly are insane, and you know there are a few around here, and actually on every newsgroup that are.
