Alvin Tako - Haven't heard word one from you as per supporting your
Monday, 8/18/2008 1:21 pm statement that I called you a liar. Your words:

"People usually don't accuse me of lying without proof of that-- except
for trolls like Larry. Even Rumple thought that I might be confused rather
than lying."

I've asked you to quote the words I used to call you a liar and you've
been very, very, very quiet hiding under that rock of yours. That - I
believe - is another true trait of the octopus...viz, when that cloud of
ink does not work, it runs away and hides under a rock. It would seem
that is exactly what you are doing, you not issuing your usual cloud of
words, words, and nothing but empty, irrelevant, vacuous, meaningless
words and staying hidden very, very, very quiet under that rock of yours
instead of presenting all of us here with those words of mine calling you
a liar. Could it be that the reason you don't present us with such words
of mine is that you simply cannot do that? And that the simple reason
that you cannot do that is that such words of mine do not exist? Is that
the reason you are - oh - so quiet? It does look as though I do have yet
one more item to that list of things that exist only in that very special,
very wonderous, very unique world of yours?

Please allow me to point out the definition of

1. liar ( http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/liar ) - "a person who
tells lies"

2. noun lie ( http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/lie ) - "1.a false
statement made with deliberate intent to deceive; an intentional untruth;
a
falsehood."

Now Alvin, before all these people here, I respectfully submit that I have
never said you make any "...false statement made with deliberate intent to
deceive; an intentional untruth." That is to say, I have never called you
a "liar." I have never, ever said that you say what you say "...with
deliberate intent to deceive" or that what you say is "...an intentional
untruth." Yes, I have consistently and - I do believe - accurately
maintained (and still maintain) whenever we tangle that you really,
honestly, and truly do believe that which you say. I have pointed out
time and time again that these strange happenings you reference are indeed
true in that world in which you live and I have asked you - to no avail as
others here can attest - over and over again to provide verifiable facts
to confirm what you say. And each and every time you have utterly -
utterly, absolutely, one hundred percent of the time - failed to do so,
much as in this situation here.

I do believe - should you not be able to present...with date and time...my
exact words calling you a liar - that there is only one of two, and only
two, mutually exclusive possible explanations for your saying that I
called you a liar:

1. You really, honestly, and truly do believe that I called you a liar
such that in your own little world I indeed call you a liar. But in this
reality we others share you cannot present my words calling you a
liar...much as you were not able to present my words misquoting you when
you accused me of misquoting you. Thus my calling you a liar falls onto
the same list as all those other things unique to your little world - my
misquoting you, the ethanol process not involving CO2, the Hawaiian state
constitution prohibiting hydroelectric power, the Japanese attacking Pearl
Harbor with waves of airplanes and battleships, Fiorina politically
supporting Clinton, McCain doing erectile dysfunction ads before a Dole
fruit display, the US military deciding all on its own the location of
foreign military R&R bases, etc etc etc.

or

2. You indeed do lie.

Please have the courtesy and goodness to inform us which of these two
mutually exclusive explanations is the correct one. (And do note that I
am here not calling you a liar, but am simply presenting two possible
explanations as to why you are utterly unable to present us with my words
calling you a liar.) Of course, if you have a third explanation as to why
you are unable to present my words calling you a liar, let's hear it.

[That Monday, 8/18/2008 1:21pm quote of what you said is correct, is it
not? Don't want you going around here falsely telling these people here
that I misquoted you!]

Well, folks, Alvin Tako is doing his octopus bit of ignoring my request to
present my words calling him a liar, as per his words Monday, 8/18/2008 at
1:21 pm :

"People usually don't accuse me of lying without proof of that-- except for
trolls like Larry. Even Rumple thought that I might be confused rather than
lying."

But he did say on Thursday, August 21, 2009 at 5:25 pm

"...I base my opinions on the facts..."

So, Alvin, exactly where are the "facts" on which you base your claim that I
called you a liar? You seem to be having just a small bit - the teeny
weeniest smidgen - of difficulty recalling those "facts", it would seem, you
being so reticent to share those "facts" with us here in our world rather
than in yours. I have repeatedly - repeatedly - asked you for those facts,
but you have presented absolutely none - nada - nichts - rien - zilch -
nix - el zippo - the big zero. Why so silent? Cat got your tongue?
Perhaps - just perhaps - you are uncertain as to the format in which to
present those "facts." Please allow me to assist you somewhat in
structuring your presentation of those "facts" by giving here a simple,
straightforward, no hidden agenda, objective "fill in the blanks" approach
for you:

" I, Alvin Toda, state that Lawrence Akutagawa falsely and baselessly -
without any proof whatever - accused me of lying

on (state the date) _____________
at (state the time) _________
in newsgroup (state the newsgroup) __________
on subject (state the subject) __________
with the exact, specific words (state the words I used) _____________ "

Now, Alvin Tako, did that help? As you can see, all you need do is fill
those blanks so as to present those "facts" upon which you base your claim
that I - without proof - accused you of lying. Very simple, most straight
forward, objective, and certainly not at all difficult to follow, n'est-ce
pas?

[Alvin -

1. I did correctly quote you there with your 8/21 and 8/18 statements?
Can't have you running around like a loose cannon once again falsely
accusing me of misquoting you!

2. I in this post did not accuse you of lying, did I? Don't want you going
around again falsely saying I accused you of lying!]
