Big picture, May 2008:

The Democrats aren't the ones falling apart, the Republicans are. The

This is and will be the great challenge for John McCain: The Democratic
argument, now being market tested by Obama Inc., that a McCain victory
will yield nothing more or less than George Bush's third term.

That is going to be powerful, and it is going to get out the vote. And
not for Republicans.

Jim, the other thing that will get out the vote is Obama's remarkable
organization -- already his supporters are busy registering likely
Democratic voters in all states.

That remarkable organization reminds me of a bunch of grammar school
kids who are all selling each other magazine subscriptions -- on
credit. And swapping girl scout cookies. Wait til they try to draw
their commissions in a cruel world come September and October.

The Republicans have nothing at all
to match this. Contrary to what some denizens of this group believe,
Obama's supporters will get out and work for him.

I don't see any McCain supporters here willing to sacrifice some shoe
leather or knock on doors. But perhaps they know the welcome mat may
not be out for them.

McCain ain't nothing - - if you'll pardon the grammar. But he's
nothing plus one -- and Borock is nothing minus one.
