Well, dear readers, I also do not AGREE with Wright.... but he is so
damn entertaining, I would go there anyway.... sort of like a

So now I am faced with a quandry....

Who do I believe : ? the preacher or the politician ????

I certainly agree with you about Wright being entertaining. He is
terrific in that regard. As a spiritual advisor, he is scary.

Now that he is retired from an active preaching career, no doubt
he misses it. Perhaps he could find a niche somewhere as a talk
show host or some other means where he could spout off.

There are many talk show hosts who are ever bit as outrageous
as Wright...Rush Limbaugh of course immediately comes to mind.
Perhaps he could refocus his need to express himself to that
outlet.

Limbaugh has a theory about Wright, which I guess is shared by the NY
Post. Wright was for 20 years Obama's mentor and a bridge between the
Hawaiian/Harvard Obama, and the Black politics of the Chicago ghetto.
Obama, of course knew all about Wright, and his views on the
importance of Louis Farrakhan, 9/11, the origin of AIDS, and God Damn
America, but in the context of Chicago Black politics, Wright was just
what the doctor ordered. Anyhow, a year ago, Wright wanted to speak at
Obama's announcement of his candidacy, but Obama, realizing what a
liability Wright was in the broader arena of White politics, didn't
want him there. Wright was deeply offended. Those hurt feelings have
turned into real animosity, and that recent speech was the result.
After 20 years, Wright has the goods on Obama, so now the question is,
just how far is he willing to go to get even?

You Dems really know how to pick them. First the inventor of the
Internet, then the war hero, and now the stinkiest mess of them all.
It's like peeling an onion. The more we discover about Obama, the more
our eyes hurt. (-8
