There's a rich gay guy who runs a bar called "The Badlands"
here who is in my, and many other people's, opinion "a real
***". The Badlands ran into problems last year for requiring
extra ID from blacks.

Sounds like a nest of racists to me.

The owner is, anyway.

The same guy bought up two other
popular bars and closed them down, presumably to channel
people to go to the Badlands. The Badlands used to be my
favourite bar long ago before he bought it, but I never set
foot in the place now. It is the most popular bar in the area,
though.

Sounds like a place where a fellow -- who is a little different --
could get into a lot of trouble.

There's probably less trouble in gay bars than in straight bars,
and no trouble at all that I know of toward straight people who
aren't a.holes. Sordo and Pig would probably get beat up. A
guy I like a lot can't go to my favourite local bar anymore though,
because he got 86'd for fighting. I wasn't there for the time he
got 86'd, but I have been with him a couple of times when he
was close to getting into a fight. When he's not being
aggressive, he's extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. He
can't handle the booze though. I can't handle booze either.
I don't usually have more than one drink, but it doesn't make
me aggressive. Another guy I like hasn't been around lately,
and in his case I actually intervened once to stop him from
getting into a fight. Maybe he got 86'd too. Those are
unusual. Most of the guys I know don't start fights.

The constitution says 35 years old, not 35 years total
residence in the USA.

The "intent" was a 35 year old who had spent that long in the country.
The real country.

No such intent is expressed.

Obama isn't Muslim, the school he went to in Indonesia
is no more Muslim than a school in Massachusetts is
Christian, and Obama has never said he was anything but
a Christian.

Or as the old saying goes -- just because a kitten is born in an
oven, doesn't make him a biscuit. Coming to this country doesn't
make one a christian.

This is not a Christian country - yet - though Huckabee
might want to make it one.

We don't need a Muslim president. How would the English feel if
they thought a Muslim was going to become a King ? Which --
speaking of conspiracies -- is probably what happened to Dianna,

There are no Muslim candidates. If there were, they'd be run
out of town, the way people feel these days. I'm tired of Diana.
I didn't like her much when she was alive.
