NoName - you stated that Romney's statement about his sons not having

If Edwards or Obama had stated the same thing, would you also have found
it "icky"??
If I would want to be "picky" then how about Obama's foolish statement
about having the U.S attack Pakistan, to fight the Taliban there?! He
may be quite intelligent, but hardly wise.
Ours is a volunteer army, and there is no reason in the world why
Romney's sons do not have the freedom of choice, like every other
American young man, to join or not to join the Army, but, instead have
chosen careers of their liking. I find his statement honest and up
front.

Of course his sons have freedom of choice. Had he ended it there I
would have had nothing to say. But he equated helping elect him
president with service in Iraq and that is where he said something
very silly at best.
