We took our eye off the ball by invading Iraq and the result was to make the situation in Pakistan much more difficult, for Musharraf and for us. Unfortunately, the Bush administration also only thinks in terms of military solutions. We need much greater skills to to tackle al-Queda in that region than this administration has to offer. Unfortunately, by the time the Democrats come to power in 2009 the problem will be much worse and we may be left with only military options. 550 days remaining! On Wed, 18 Jul 2007 17:28:19 -0700, El Castor <No_One@xxxxxxxx> wrote:

Now that that's cleared up, if you're recruiting for them, you need to look among the ranks of the renegades......people who respond to the lure of money. You could probably find a few of those hiding within the Republican Party if you look hard enough. You know which ones those are.....the holier-than-thou ones who spout family values but have none of their own. That'd be the type.....no morals and they'd do anything for a buck.
You interested by any chance?

evil.
Are we misguided to want the Iraq War to end soon? Perhaps then
the U.S. will have the wherewithall to tackle Al Queda elsewhere,
as in Afghanistan and Pakistan -- seriously begin to deal with
them.
How do you propose we attack Pakistan?
