No. but his remarks are STILL apples and oranges. What one person did and what happened to that person has absolutely NOTHING to do with a second person. Apples and oranges. If you dismiss one comparison, you have to dismiss them all. You can't selectively choose which ones you want and which you don't. So, if you're willing to dismiss my comments as apples and oranges, which is a convenient way for you to avoid dealing with the comparison, then you similarly have to dismiss them all. And then, we can discuss the merits of Bush's pardon on its own merits and nothing more.

Bush has the right to commute Scooter’s sentence and did so. Upon further reflection and research, Bush will conclude that Libby does indeed deserve a pardon – and he will get one.
