nationalize the housing industry. Maybe we need price controls on

We wouldn't have to go as far a nationalizing the industry. I think
if we shot a contractor every few months, that would probably
suffice. Have you ever had to deal with one of that swindling
breed ? I invited one in last year to discuss a few hundred dollars
worth of house improvements. The guy started talking "thousands"
while answering his cell phone and adjusting his clipboard.
