this and other newsgroups.

One in four Iraqis has had a family member murdered, says the
poll by Opinion Research Business. In Baghdad, the capital,
one in four has had a relative kidnapped and one in three said
members of their family had fled abroad.
And yet they hear Louis Armstrong singing "It's A Wonderful
World." In English.

If Iraq has 25 million people, then the statement that one in four
Iraqis has had a family member murdered would mean something
like millions of Iraqis have been murdered. The casualties among
Iraqis are dreadfully high, but not that high.

Something IS fishy about this poll. Not sure what it is but I'd like
to know more about Opinion Research Business.
