Those Herberts are (and were) out of their ever lovin' minds! And I
will probably read every one of those books. I left off a few years
ago. Herbert wrote the first true arcography, with comprehensive ideas
of "what if" about everything that we can think of, without the
scientist's limited and nerdy ideas about romance, religion and
society.

It's sad that none of it translated to film very well.
