Undoubtedly, especially considering how those warlike Greens have a reputation for a hair-trigger military temper. It's somewhat surprising that landlocked Green provided so many ships; I wasn't aware that the country had such a large navy. Wonder if the CIA is up to speed on Green's naval ambitions; I couldn't find any reference on the CIA site to a Green navy or its home port.
