Someone actually cares what Jimmy Carter thinks?

I didn't use to. But comparing his opinions and morals to those of
the Dngbat in Chief, I now see Carter is a national treasure.

Who is Jim Higgins?

Bear in mind that the British newspapers are as partisan as any in the
Americas. The Daily Telegraph is a paper aimed at people who see
themselves as well educated. But anyone who is well educated and still
reads a newspaper must be someone who likes having his ears tickled.
