Today I concluded a double blind study of brain enhancement
software under development by a California company, Posit
Science. After three two hour tests by a psychologist, and
40 hours with the software, I am done! I honestly believe it
was helpful, and I think I experienced the benefits
described on their web site. My reward, other than the
benefits I enjoyed, will be a free copy of their new
software, which I understand is currently in beta.

Their web site has an interesting 10 minute test of the
speed at which the brain processes sound -- an important
factor in the comprehension of rapidly spoken speech,
especially in a noisy environment. I just took it and can
immodestly announce a score of 29. I am confident that no
liberal brain in this group can beat that number, but I
welcome the weak liberal brains hereabouts to try. (-8

Where is the challenge.

Everyone knows that just about any trait can be improved with
drills.

Not excessively, but enough to make valid improvements in SAT
and IQ tests. Enunciation can be improved enough such that a
person who was born deaf can speak without an accent, just takes
showing how to position the vocal parts, and give feedback on
her errors (real time xrays show the position with time)

Sounds more like you are in your shill mode, that you often
exhibit.
