Reminds me of someone I use to know, who sold some desert properties, that
was really really cheap. He knew that no one was likely to ever build on
that land. As soon as they missed a payment, he would foreclose on them,
take the land back and resell it... As I understand it, what he did was
perfectly legal, albiet a little dishonest it seems to me.....

I was wondering if people are aware of the growing problem of fraud in
the PA, Virginia and North Carolina New Housing Market?

Americorp Builders, formerly Bear County Builders, American Way, and
other names, Under the direction of Richard "Rick" Constabader has been
directed by over 3 States to pay several million in damages to buyers
who were sold unbuildable tracts of land, and then no construction was
completed, no refunds given, and the company changed names and
addresses. They have also switched land lots.

Many people struggling to live in urban areas, retirees, newly started
families were promised homes, and Mr. Rick Constabader, now of
Americorp Builders in Tannersville PA, along with former salesman Cliff
Storer now of Scranton PA, and through a sweetheart deal with Guarantee
Residential Lending, North East Mortgage brokerage, Atty Scott Wilhelm
and Owner William peterson are busy reselling unbuildable land to
several people.

All under investigation by HUD for their misue of funds, corruption and
theft. However as we all know, this is BIG MONEY for small Pocono towns
and no one will do anything.

Before you too get sucked in by the sales pitches of Clifford Storer,
Rick Constabader and crew, STOP, THINK, INVESTIGATE, MOVE AWAY
