Dixie when they need help. It doesn't matter whether they like us or
not. It does matter if they respect us, however. I suspect part of
the problem is that Great Britain was once a world power and now they
are pretty much insignificant. I hope we handle it better when we are
no longer a world power, and it is inevitable that we won't be someday.
We may have to learn Chinese.
