What would you call it then??? You insist that it is being used by or
Government as an excuse to bypass Congress, in order to go ahead full
steam in our war on terror. I hope they will continue this policy, IF
it is needed, in certain instances -since we are NOT dealing with normal
times, or normal circumstances, and cannot afford to be hamstrung by
endless debates about the constittionality of certain moves -while our
citizens may be beheaded and our cities might burn to the ground. That
might sound dramatic - but it HAS happened , and - heaven forbid - will
continue to happen, unless we take EXCEPTIONAL measures to try to
prevent this.]
