There are measurements of atmospheric temperatures and how
they vary with altitude. These show warming of the lowing regions,
cooling in the upper. Why? CO2 IR absorption occurs in the lower
regions.

But, the diehard left and purely scientific literate will net
understand this and I have just wasted a minute or so writing this.
