Rita - I agree with you. Alan is a very angry person - who needs
therapy to learn not only the source of his anger, but also how to deal
with it in a more appropriate fashion. Too bad, since he has a sharp
mind.

You are correct, Olly. I am indeed angry. No, in fact, incensed that
individuals who play by the rules are going to be shortchanged by those
who have avoided having to play by them in the name of expediency. I am
indeed angry because all are not being treated fairly, and if you
believe that there should be fairness, then you should be angry as well.
Obviously, Rita and her fellow-travelers don't have any such qualms
about unfair treatment, so they advocate for legitimizing the basis by
which some have avoided having to play by the rules.

you are correct. These libs should listen to anderson cooper on CNN
for a very gritty view of what this is all about.

It's not just the bleeding heart liberals. It's also the reactionaries.
Just read what Jeff has to say regarding that. He takes the same
position as Rita. But for very different reasons. Rita takes the
position she does because her objectivity is clouded by her need for
warm and fuzzy thinking, resulting in bleeding heart syndrome. Jeff
does it because of his anti-labor posture and selfishness.

Politics does make for strange bedfellows, doesn't it?

Unlike you, Alan, both Jeff and I know and like Hispanics.
