Insurers Retreat From Coasts

A possibility that I have not heard being explored is what if *another*
huricane floods New Orleans. How many tax payer bailouts are there going to
be for people who insist on building below sea level? IMO it would be one
only for New Orleans and then write it off and offer some relocation
assistance.
