Bush is very loyal to those that are loyal to him. People like

in a leader. However, the ability to "trim the incompetent" without
throwing the baby out with the bathwater is a very fine political
line. I don't think much of Rumsfeld. I haven't liked him since
I learned that Collin Powell didn't like him.... That was good enough
for me.
