Herman hasn't changed his views in the nearly ten years I know of him. I
don't recall that he mentioned anything with any frequency regarding his
position on teaching statistics in high school.

Your problem is that I haven't bothered with Herman in over fifteen years
when I last had a need for statistics. At that time he was in an uproar
over his views not being accepted. As I said, he probably gave up on his
goal of certain preparatory courses being available in high school. You
are a little late to this discussion. The war is over, mediocrity won.
